Due to limited storage space on our vehicles, we ask that luggage is limited to 1 small, soft overnight bag per passenger (something that will fit under the seats).
Cancellations for overnight hotel tours will be charged at 50 per cent of tour price if cancelled within 15 days of the tour departure. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full (100 per cent).
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
