4-Days Essential Mendoza - City, Mountains & Wine!

Discover the amazing Mendoza with us. During your stay, we will show you the essential sites you can´t miss. Well known as the Capital of Malbec, Mendoza will show you what good taste is all about.
Total Duration: 4 days.

-Day 1: Welcome to Mendoza! Private Transfer to Hotel & Wine and Olive Tour:

Upon your arrival, we will take you to the hotel.
Later on, you will have the opportunity to enjoy two boutique wineries located in Maipú, where their specialized staff will tell us about the wine production process and its elaboration, along with a wine tasting to experience the diversity of flavours that characterizes them. In this tour we will also visit a small olive oil factory, where they will guide us through the process of one of the main industries in Mendoza.

-Day 2: Mendoza Highlights City Tour:

Pick up in the morning. The tour begins in Mendoza´s Foundational Area, the heart of the historic centre of the Old City. Then we will go to the New City, where we will visit the different squares and the civic centre , where you will find the Los Andes Army Flag , the maximum symbol of the Liberating Gesta and the first independent flag of South America. We continue our tour towards the General San Martin Park , known as the lung of the city. It currently covers 307 cultivated hectares , 17 kilometres of route and 82 hectares of expansion.
In the park we will be able to appreciate different water fountains of delicate manufacture with different sizes and forms, framed by an exuberant vegetation.
We will finish our tour at Cerro de la Gloria, where the historical monument to the Andes Army is located.

-Day 3: High Mountain Excursion through Villavicencio:

After breakfast, we will pick you up at your hotel.
During your journey you will find places of charm; Potrerillos and Cacheuta, both possess a vital wealth and function for the province. Along the route we will make a stop in the ski centre Penitentes, to appreciate the snow in the winter season. Further on, we will find Puente del Inca, which is a rocky formation that represents a natural bridge surrounded by hot springs. Nearby we will observe through a magnificient viewpoint, the Aconcagua Mountain, the highest peak in America with 6962 metres above sea level. Finally, following the international route, we will find the customs complex “Los Horcones”, and later, already in the limits with Chile , we will finish our tour in Las Cuevas, a place with a european building style and where we will make a stop to enjoy a mendozinian lunch in a typical mountain restaurant (lunch not included).

-Day 4: Transfer out to Mendoza Airport:

-We recommend you to book a morning flight to be able to do all excursions.
-Arrival not later than 12.30 PM. First excursion begins at 2 PM.
-Let us know if you want an early check-in (depending on availability).
-Quoted per passenger, in double base accommodation.
-If solo traveler, will have Single base occupancy; If you are two or more, will have Double base occupancy. If single base needed, we can quote.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
