From Cusco | Full day tour to Uros and Taquile in Puno

Join a unique experience enjoying breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca on this day trip to the islands of Uros and Taquile.
The excursion begins with the transfer from the hotel in Cusco to the corresponding terminal. Then, you will board a tourist bus departing at 10:00 p.m. and arriving at approximately 5:30 a.m. in Puno. At 7:00 a.m., we will embark to the floating island of the Uros, a trip of about 25 minutes. There, our guide will introduce us to the unique characteristics of the place, such as the construction of these artificial islands. After the explanation, you will have free time to explore, buy handicrafts or take a ride on a totora reed boat (optional).

From Uros, we will continue to the islands of Taquile, enjoying panoramic views of Lake Titicaca during the journey of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Taquile, we will enjoy a delicious lunch in a local family home. Afterwards, we will walk for about 30 minutes to visit the main square and the handicrafts market, from where we will enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca.

After exploring Taquile, we will return to the port for the return trip to Puno, arriving at approximately 3:30 pm.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
