Discover the many wonders of the city of Cusco and immerse yourself in the waters of the highest navigable lake on the planet.
Day 1: Arequipa - Chivay
At the appointed time, we will pick you up at your lodging (near the main square) and head to Chivay. We will make several stops and enjoy views of South American camelids, the majestic Apus, glaciers, Patapampa, high Andean lagoons and other natural wonders. Upon arrival in Chivay, we will break for lunch. In the evening, we will enjoy an evening of dancing and a typical dinner. The next destination will be the hot springs of La Calera.
Day 2: Chivay - Puno
Breakfast at the hotel. At 6:00 h, we will pick you up to take you to the Cruz del Condor, an ideal place to observe the deepest point of the canyon and the impressive flight of the condor, the largest flying bird in the world. We will have lunch in Chivay and then, around 1:00 pm, we will drop you off at the bus station bound for Puno, with estimated arrival at 7:00 pm. Overnight in Puno.
Day 3: Uros and Taquile
Breakfast at the hotel. At the appointed time, we will pick you up at your accommodation (Puno Center) to take you to the port of Puno, where we will board the boat to Uros, a group of islands made of totora reeds, inhabited by a culture that precedes the Incas. After a guided tour, we will head to Taquile Island. We will have lunch at a local restaurant, enjoying a typical trout dish. The inhabitants of Taquile will share their way of life through their weavings and customs. The excursion will end at the port of Puno around 5:00 pm.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
