Explore these two islands, immerse in their customs and traditions, and experience our living culture on a full-day tour while navigating Lake Titicaca.
The tour starts at 7:30 am; with pick up at your hotel or at the bus terminal in Puno. We will then head in our transport to the main dock or port.
We will then depart to the floating islands of the Uros, currently considered the National Reserve of Lake Titicaca, also known as the highest navigable lake in the world.
Once here we will learn more about the daily activities of the people.
To get to our next visit, we will sail by boat for 2 and a half hours to the natural island of Taquile, during the navigation you will see the mountain range, but not only that, you will also see the people of Taquile very cooperative and well organized.
This is the reason why the Taquileños have demonstrated their high degree of advancement in Textileria, receiving their award by UNESCO.
The tour will have an average duration of 2 hours, of which 1 hour will be dedicated to enjoy a delicious typical lunch in front of the lake.
At the end of the Uros Taquile Tour, we will return to Puno to arrive at approximately 17:00 hours.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
