From Puno || Route of the Sun from Puno to Cusco

From this terminal we will depart to the town of Pukara. What is the legacy of the ancient Andean settlers? We will discover it by visiting the Pukara interpretation center. After taking the necessary photos in La Raya, we will go to a local restaurant to recharge our batteries with a buffet lunch. After lunch we will go to the well known archaeological site of Raqchi. In this enclave we will see the remains of the ancient temple of the god Wiracocha, a deity whose veneration in pre-Hispanic times is dotted with numerous enigmas, legends and mysteries.
After the guided tour of the archaeological park of Raqchi, we will go to the village of Andahuaylillas, where we will visit the church of San Pedro Apostle. After eleven hours of hiking, we will finish the Ruta del Sol leaving you at the point of arrival.
