Take this 2 day excursion to the highest navigable lake in the world, Titicaca.
Day 1: Uros and Amantani Islands
Head to the Uros Islands, enjoy a brief explanation of the construction of this artificial island with the local people. In Amantani you will be introduced to your local family for your overnight stay, in the afternoon enjoy a hike to the top of the mountain to see the temples of "Pachamama" and "Pachatata".
Enjoy authentic traditional food and melodies.
Day 2: Taquile Island - Puno
Enjoy breakfast, take a short boat ride to Taquile Island. Meet the locals famous for their weaving.
In the afternoon return to Puno after lunch, arriving between 15:30 and 16:00.
