2-day Lake Titicaca and Amantani Tour - Lake Titicaca Tours

Lake Titicaca “Puma de Piedra”: It is the highest navigable lake in the world at 3810 meters above sea level and the largest freshwater lake in Latin America.
Day 01: Tour to Uros Island and Amantani Island.
07:45 am. Transfer from the meeting point in Puno to the port.
08:15 am. Departure from the port towards the floating islands of the Uros where we will visit 2 islands.
09:30 am. Our trip continues to the island of Amantani, this lasts approximately 3 hours.
12:30 am. Arrival on the island of Amantaní, the residents welcome us and do not take us to family houses to make us comfortable, have a rest and family lunch (included)
16:00 pm. Walk to the top of the island to visit the Pachatata and Pachamana temples (4038 meters above sea level).
17:50 pm. We will return to the family houses where we will spend the night and have a family dinner.
20:00 pm. The residents will offer us a welcome show, where we can dance and dress in local clothing, there will be local musicians and a bonfire (optional).

Day 02: Tour of Taquile Island and return to Puno.
8:00 am. After breakfast, we will board our boat to go to the
Taquile Island. The trip lasts approximately 1 hour.
9:00 am. Arrival in Taquile, we will take a 30-minute walk. Families will welcome us and offer us their crafts, they will delight us with their dance and music.
11:30 am. Lunch (not included).
12:30 am. Walk to the square and free time.
1:30 pm. Descent to the pt. from Taquile to head to Puno. Travel time 2 hours and 30min.
3:20 pm Arrival at Puno port.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
