Itinerary
We will pick you up at the meeting point in Oxapampa at 8:00 a.m. to head to Villa Rica, the capital of the Coffee Route. Did you know that its green coffee beans are protected by designation of origin?

Before arriving in Villa Rica, we will make a stop at the Sho'llet forest, a conservation area that protects this peculiar ecosystem known as cloud forest.

Afterwards, we will enter the historic center of Villa Rica and take a tour of its main square and its famous giant coffee pot, which represents the coffee tradition of the region.

Then we will go to the El León waterfall, where we will take the opportunity to take a dip before continuing the tour.

We will go up to the Cumbre viewpoint to appreciate a beautiful view of the city surrounded by jungle and, after a break to eat on your own, we will visit the Santa Rosa hacienda. At this hacienda we will learn the secrets of organic coffee farming and you will be able to taste a steaming cup of Villarica coffee.

In the afternoon, we will go to the El Oconal lagoon and take a boat ride admiring the beautiful landscape and biodiversity of this aquatic reserve. Afterwards, we will enjoy an ichthyotherapy session, a natural treatment that will relieve you from stress.

Finally, we will visit the local coffee shop Pasiones del Café, where we will taste their delicious top-quality coffees.
