Itinerary
At 16:30, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Maldonado and head to the dock to begin our journey. We will board a boat and set sail at sunset. Are you ready to explore the tranquility of the Madre de Dios River?
As we sail down the river, we will enjoy the sunset over the Amazon rainforest. As we enter the Tambopata National Reserve, the gentle rocking of the boat will bring relaxation as the colours of the sky gradually change.
As night falls, we will approach the banks of the Madre de Dios River, where we will discover species such as bats, white caimans and capybaras, the world's largest rodent. We will turn off the boat's engine to stop and listen to the night sounds of the jungle, a truly unique experience.
After this enchanting sunset boat ride, we will return to Puerto Maldonado. We will conclude the activity by accompanying you back to the lodge at 19:30.
