Tambopata Tour with Ayahuasca Ceremony 4 Days

Enjoy a unique experience with an ayahuasca ceremony and tour the beautiful jungle landscapes of Tambopata.
Day 1:

This day will begin with pick-up at the airport to the river port and we will board a canoe to go to the accommodation of the Tambopata National Reserve.
This first night we will eat something light, soup or water, since our stomach must be prepared for the ayahuasca ceremony, which will begin at approximately 8:00 pm.
During this rite, a native shaman will be in charge of starting the ceremony and will help us understand Andean cosmology. In addition, we will try the ayahuasca brew that is made with medicinal plants from the area.

Day 2:

This day we will begin with a walk through the jungle, in which we will learn about the main medicinal plants and the uses that native communities give them.

Afterwards we will go to a viewpoint from where we will observe the extension of the jungle and look for some birds such as macaws. At night we will take a night walk to spot insects and other nocturnal animals.

Day 3:

On this day we will have an early breakfast and head towards the Cocococha lagoon, where we will take a walk of approximately five kilometers to observe its flora and fauna. In this place we will observe giant otters and shanshos, a species of exotic bird.

We will return to the hostel for lunch and in the afternoon we will visit the Chica lagoon, where we will be able to observe the sunset, we will also take the opportunity to take some incredible souvenir photos.

Day 4:

This will be our last day of our entire excursion, we will have breakfast and go to the Puerto Maldonado dock.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
