Come and see the Tambopata Reserve on a great 4 day excursion, you will visit the Sandoval Lake, the Monkey Island and a Tapir Clay Lick, plus you will enjoy nights of jungle stories by the camp fire.

Day 1: Introductory Walk - Caimanes
- The adventure starts from our pick up point at 9:30 am.
- We will travel down the Madre de Dios River to our lodge, upon arrival we will have lunch and then go on a jungle walk, learn about medicinal plants, meet the ancient trees, if we are lucky we may see some monkeys, birds, insects and others.
- In the afternoon we will look for caimans that go out to hunt capybaras or picuro.
- Afterwards we will have dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Day 2: Sandoval Lake - Fishing - Night Walk
- We will start the day with breakfast and visit Lake Sandoval, a beautiful lake with a biodiversity of flora and fauna. If we are lucky we might see some river otters, turtles, monkeys, etc.
- Afterwards lunch awaits us.
- Later we will go sport fishing, catching piranhas, paco, gamitana, catfish and other types of fish.
- We will take a night walk, we will see grasshoppers, some reptiles, snakes, lizards and we will be able to listen to the symphonic sounds of the mother jungle.
- A delicious dinner awaits us on the way back, after which we will have an optional campfire.

Day 3: Tapir Trail - Monkey Island Trek
- We will start the day with breakfast, visit the mammal clay lick, where we will see the Tapir eating these minerals, we will also have the opportunity to see some of the jungle rodents.
- We will return for lunch and after a break we will go for a boat ride on the river until we reach the Monkey Island and have fun with the monkeys.
- In the evening we will have dinner and then you can join the campfire to talk about jungle stories.
- Overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Kayak - Return to the city
- We will start with breakfast and then go kayaking on the Madre de Dios River, always with the guidance of an instructor.
- In the surroundings you will be able to observe beautiful butterflies, turtles resting and other animals.
- Afterwards we will have lunch and get ready to return to the city.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
