Puerto Maldonado: Nature & Adventure at Tambopata 2D/1N

Discover this paradise located in the heart of the Tambopata National Reserve. If you want to disconnect from the city, Sandoval Lake is the ideal destination.
Day 1: Airport pick up / zafari caiman
Pick up from the airport or bus station and embark on a boat from the Madre de Dios River to the lodge. Upon arrival at the lodge, you will enjoy a local lunch.
Trekking in the forest this hike will end at night, when you will be able to observe the diversity of the Amazon's nocturnal flora and fauna.
In the afternoon we will have a night safari in search of caimans. Returning to the lodge we will have dinner.
Overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick + Kayaking Sports
We get up very early (3:00 a.m.), to undertake an incredible boat trip to the largest macaw clay lick in the region "Chunchos", a trip of approx. 1:30 hours by boat, on the way we will have the opportunity to see several species of the place.
After arriving at the macaw clay lick, you will see hundreds of different hundreds of parrots of different species (11) that come to eat clay. After the activity we will return and after a short rest we will have the opportunity to practice kayaking.
We will return to the lodge to get our things ready and say goodbye to this jungle adventure.
Return to the city of Puerto Maldonado will be dropped off at the airport or terminal.
