Witness the majestic confluence of the Nanay and Amazon Rivers. Encounter fascinating wildlife and immerse yourself in the indigenous culture with visits to local communities.
Meeting point in port of Bellavista, located on the banks of the Nanay River where we will board a speed boat to embark on our journey down the Amazon River. During this trip of approximately 8 hours and 30 minutes in total (9.30 to 5.30 pm).
We start the navigation and make the first stop where we can observe the confluence of the Nanay River with the Amazon River. After this stop we continue the navigation for 25 minutes more to the Don Pedrito farm where we will enjoy the Piaches (fish that reach about three meters), lizards, varieties of piranhas, different sizes of regal victories, turtles along with the jungle landscape and the picturesque houses of the riverside villages.
We board again the boats to Neyser Island” where we will have the opportunity to share with the free animals totally domesticated, we will be able to appreciate the most famous snakes like the Anacondas, Mantonas and other small animals as well as: monkeys, anteaters, toucans, parrots, prehistoric turtles, sloths etc ....
Again we start the navigation to the village of Timicurrilo, until we arrive at the lodge where we will have lunch.
After a short rest. We board the boat again and sail upstream to the community of San Rafael to enjoy and visit the handmade mill Max, in this place you will be shown how to extract the juice from sugar cane and appreciate the more than 45 aphrodisiac drinks made from bark, root and leaves of trees and medicinal plants.
Then we start the navigation until we reach the indigenous community of the Yaguas, where you will enjoy the dances and songs.
Finally we board the boat to the port of Bella Vista Nanay.
