Monkey Island Tour, on this one-day tour you will visit a refuge where 7 species of monkeys that are undergoing rehabilitation temporarily live. The Island is located 30km from the city of Iquitos.
1. Iquitos Monkey Island Tour
We will begin with the pick-up from the agreed meeting point.
After boarding at the Manay port, we will then navigate the Amazon River observing impressive Amazonian landscapes.
Arriving at the island we will disembark to go to the refuge where we will see the 7 species of monkeys that are being rehabilitated.
Next we will go to the Amazon River to search for dolphins, pink and gray (seasonal only).
Return along the Amazon River.
We will end at the starting point.
