Let yourself be seduced by the contrasts of the Peruvian capital on this tour of Lima in which we will visit the Santo Domingo Convent and also the Bodega y Quadra Museum.
Modalities
At the time of booking, you can choose between two different modalities. Both include pick up at your hotel in Lima and return transfer:

3.5 hour tour
If you choose this option, we will first see the exterior of the archaeological site of Huaca Pucllana. In front of its 25 meters high pyramid, we will discover the pre-Hispanic history of Lima. Would you like to discover how they lived here between the years 200 and 800? Afterwards, we will enjoy a tour of the historic center of Lima contemplating the facades of several of its most emblematic places.

We will also visit the Bodega y Quadra Museum, where we will take a trip to the past between the XVI and XIX centuries contemplating a valuable exhibition of objects from the viceroyalty.

The next stop will be one of the most awaited ones: we will enter the Santo Domingo Convent! Here we will find the relics of Santa Rosa de Lima, San Martin de Porres and San Juan Macias. In addition, its rooms we will find a library with more than 25,000 antique books.

Tour of 4.5 hours
Would you like a longer tour? If you opt for the 4.5 hour tour of Lima, you will have more time to explore the Peruvian capital. We will see the pyramid of Huaca Huallamarca and also visit the Larco Museum, the best private collection of pre-Columbian art in Peru. In addition, in this exhibition we will be able to taste a delicious lucuma mousse, a dessert made from an endemic fruit.

After visiting the convent of Santo Domingo, one of the best preserved of the colony and climbing its tower, we will finish the activity.

Pick up
This tour includes pick up from hotels in the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. If you are staying in other areas, we will contact you to offer an alternative meeting point.
