Lima: Excursion to the City of Caral | Entrance |

Discover one of the treasures considered a world heritage site and learn about the oldest civilization in Peru and the entire American continent.
Caral is an archaeological center that houses truncated pyramids, temples and astronomical centers more than 5 thousand years old. Located in the Supe Valley, it is the first city in America and the third oldest human settlement in the world, preceded only by Mesopotamia and Egypt.


-We will start the activity by picking you up from the hotels located in the districts of Miraflores, San Isidro and downtown Lima at 4:00 a.m.
-We will take you to the bus terminal, where you will board the bus at 5:00 a.m. to Barranca.
-Upon arrival, your guide will meet you at the station. You will have time to have breakfast on your own before exploring the city of Caral with your guide.
-After the visit to Caral, you will have an hour free for lunch before heading to Barranca.
-In Barranca, you will visit Christ the Redeemer and have free time to explore the Plaza de Armas, known as the heroic city for the brave role of its inhabitants during the War of the Pacific. In the square, you will see the anchor and chain that belonged to the ship Covadonga of the Chilean squadron.
-Finally, at 4:30 pm, we will head to the bus terminal in Barranca to return to Lima, with the tour concluding around 8:30 pm.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
