Description
We´ll visit the local market of Surquillo where we can taste traditional fruits, then we´ll go to our premises to start the cooking classes.
Pick up in your hotel at 9:40 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Taste our typical fruits such as lucuma, aguaymanto, chirimoya, pacae.
Arrival at the restaurant, where the Chef will offer a practical class on the preparation of Ceviche and Pisco Sour.
Continuing with our tour, we will move to a well-known restaurant to taste a wide variety of traditional dishes and desserts from our Peruvian cuisine.
We will have our lunch and then we´ll continue through the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, Huaca Pucllana, Parque del Amor located on the Malecón de Miraflores, from where we will observe the majestic Pacific Ocean, then we´ll continued visiting the Convent and Catacombs of San Francisco, Museum of the Central Reserve Bank (*Museum of the Central Reserve Bank, closed to the public Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Monday closed all day)
