From Lima: Sacred Oracle of Pachacamac

Immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of ancient Peru as you explore the fascinating temples and oracle of Pachacamac.
9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.: We will begin by picking up participants at their lodging to head to the Pachacamac Archaeological Complex.
During the tour, our first stop will be at the site's museum, where you will be able to admire textiles and ceramics from various cultures that developed in the region. In addition, you will have the privilege of meeting the revered Pachacamac oracle, a central figure in local history.

Next, we will explore the archaeological complex, where you can observe the Acllahuasi, the temple of the chosen ones, and the Pyramid with Ramp, the place where the oracle was consulted. We will also visit the Qhapaq Ñan, the ancient Inca road, and the Taurichumpi Palace, which functioned as the site administration. Other highlights include the Max Uhle cemetery, famous for its mummies, the Old Temple, the Painted Temple and, finally, the Temple of the Sun.

12:15 p.m.: After concluding the tour, we will take you back to your hotel or, if you prefer, we can drop you off at a restaurant or any other location of your choice (only in Miraflores, San Isidro or Barranco). If you wish to be dropped off in a different district, we can arrange this for a small additional cost.
Approximately 1:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.: We will return to your accommodation, making sure you have an unforgettable experience.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
