From 8:30 am you will be able to enter the park to enjoy the largest number of attractions since the beginning of the day.
The main square will be the place that will welcome you, from here you can decide the route of the park with which you want to start.
Have a close encounter with the fauna and flora of the place, discovering all the species of animals that inhabit this park in the coral reef aquarium, the aviary, butterfly farm, the manatee lagoon and the jaguar island. Take your life jacket! Throughout the tour you will be able to do aquatic tours in the subway rivers; Río Azul, Río Maya and Río Manatí.
Walk on the white sandy beach and relax in a bay facing the Caribbean Sea, slide down a slide and swim in the natural pools with the fish around you, and decipher the secrets in the passages and caves of the beautiful lagoon.
Discover more about Mexican culture! Visit the archaeological sites, the house of murmurs, the Mayan village, the Mexican cemetery, the scenic tower, or the Mexican Folk Art Museum. You can enjoy traditional exhibits such as pre-Hispanic dances, equestrian shows, the voladores de Papantla, which show the true Mexican spirit through its culture and tradition. To end your day, at sunset, the emotional show "Mexico Spectacular" will begin at Xcaret's theater complex, with more than 300 artists on stage that will take you on a journey through the history of the country and its cultures.

Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must also present identification to prove their age.
Use of snorkel equipment (requires a refundable deposit of $100 MXN/$10 USD). It is not possible to change dates on the same day of your visit.
Wear comfortable beach clothes and bathing suit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes. Your sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable. It is not possible to change your arrival date on the day of your visit.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
