Learn about Peruvian culture and the archaeological sites of the pre-Inca period of northern Peru
From the horse farm, we ride through the largest dry forest in the world, the Historic Sanctuary of Pomac and visit the Temple of the Lord of Sicán (Batangrande) Huaca Sontillo. From above the temple we appreciate a beautiful view over the forest and the pyramids.
Then we continue riding towards the temples Lerchanlech, Huaca las Ventanas and Huaca de Oro, where the tomb of the Lord of Sicán was found.
There is the possibility to pick you up at the airport, bus terminal or hotel in the city of Chiclayo.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Transfer (privat taxi): We can organize for you a tranfer from the airport, hostal or bus station in Chiclayo to the farm. The cost is 90 Soles.
How to get there on your own: From the center of Chiclayo take a taxi to the "Paradero de Pacora" (Bus terminal). Each taxi driver knows this terminal, Don't pay more than S/ 8 Soles.
From this terminal, every 10 minutes a small bus (combi) leaves to the village of Pacora. The combi has a sign on the windshield "Pacora" The ride takes approximately 1 hour and costs 5 Soles.
When you are in Pacora, take a mototaxi at the main road to the Rancho (3 Soles). We are approx. 300 meters behind the cathedral of the village of Pacora. Or we will pick you up in the village.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
