Description
Meet the beautiful marine fauna of Ballesta Island, sail through its calm waters and contemplate the iconic candelabra.
- We will pick you up at your hotel (near the Plaza de Armas) in Ica between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. to go to El Chaco pier in Paracas.
- After arriving at this embarkation point, we will start our trip to the Ballestas Islands by motorboat. As we travel through this part of the Pacific Ocean, we will pass by some emblematic places, such as the Candelabro, a mysterious 170-meter high element.
- During the trip, which lasts about two hours, we will also observe a variety of local animals, such as tendrils, boobies, seagulls and pelicans. We will also see Humboldt penguins and sea lions.
- We will then return to the El Chaco dock, where there will be free time for breakfast or a walk.
- Finally we will head to the Paracas National Reserve, where we will see the cathedral and the viewpoints of Punta Santa Maria and Playa Roja. We will also stop at Playa Lagunilla and Playa La Mina for lunch. Finally at 16.30 we will return to Ica.
