We will walk 2 hours to get there, we will enjoy beautiful views of the Andean geography, we will also enjoy a delicious breakfast and lunch.
Waqrapukara is an attraction that translates as Fortress in the shape of a horn, it was a residence of the Inca nobility where you can still see Inca temples and enclosures. The attraction is located at 4300 meters above sea level.
The excursion begins with hotel pick-up (near or within the historic center) between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m.
- We will travel to Sangará, place of our first stop for breakfast.
Then we will continue until we reach a parking lot where the mobility will be accommodated and we will begin the 2-hour walk to the archaeological center of Waqrapukara.
-Upon arrival you will have a brief guide and time to visit part of the area.
-We will return to the car and return to Sangará where we will make the last stop for lunch.
-Return to the city of Cusco, you will be dropped off near the Plaza de Armas.
-Arrival time 6:00 p.m. approximately.
