04:20 hrs. Pick up from your hotel.
08:00 hrs. Breakfast in Cusipata.
09:30 hrs. start the hike.
11:00 hrs. Arrive to the Rainbow mountain.
14:00 hrs. Lunch.
17:00 hrs. Arrive to Cusco.
We will pick you up at 04:20 am in the morning from your hotel and set up on our Transportation Mini Van, afterwards a van journey roughly 2 hours to get Cusipata village to get our breakfast.
After breakfast we will take our van to reach the trailhead at Wasipata check point, arriving roughly at 9:00 am, where will start our hike to the mountain, following a lovely stream, where alpacas and llamas herds will immediately surprise you, a breathtaking views of the Ausangate Mountain, after hiking of approximately 1:30 hours, we finally reach our destination, the top of the Rainbow Mountain, arriving roughly at 11:30 am, after guided tour and getting over the shock of their beauty, you will have time to explore the area, where you will take amazing pictures of the place.
Time to go back down where we hike down, the same way we came. The hiking will take 1. 30 hours to get for our turist Mini Van which it will be waiting for us at Wasipata check point, a journey roughly 2 more hours to get the Cusipata village for our Buffet lunch arriving about 14:30 pm, that is why, what we usually recommend is to carry snacks for the trip, at least in order to the way back.
After our Buffet lunch we drive back to Cusco and drop you off near of the main square, arriving roughly at 05:00 pm.
