Start your tour with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. First, head to Moray, 70 km northeast of Cusco. Visit the huge circular and semicircular agricultural terraces, built in natural holes on a limestone plateau overlooking the beautiful Urubamba valley and used as a botanical laboratory by the Incas.
It has been suggested that they have a cosmopolitan significance, but their function other than agricultural remains a mystery.
