ITINERARY :
Pick up from your hotel from 6:30 to 7:00 a.m., once the entire group is complete, we will depart heading north.
• Our first visit will be the picturesque town of Chinchero (the textile center), where we can see agricultural terraces, the remains of the royal hacienda of Túpac Inca Yupanqui, the beautiful colonial temple built on the bases of an Inca building and we will observe the entire wool process from washing to spun into beautiful textiles.
• Continuing with our tour we will arrive at the Moray's famous circular terraces, where we will observe several natural holes that were farm terraces for agricultural experimentation. This archaeological site was very important in the Inca era.
• Then we will continue to the Salineras de Maras, in this place we will observe the natural process of salt extraction that dates back to the time of the Incas. The Maras Salt Mines are known by some as "salt mines" and are made up of about 3,000 salt wells. They are special due to their construction on the Kachi Qata mountain and their Inca architecture.
• Then we head towards the Ollantaytambo Fortress, built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions by the inhabitants of the jungle.
• At the end and back on the bus we head to the town of Urubamba, where we will have our buffet lunch.
• After lunch we will go to the town of Pisac where we will visit the Pisac Archaeological Complex, built in the Inka Pachacuteq period. Its location is strategic, since it is located on the top of a mountain, which allows you to have a view of the entire valley that went to Antisuyo.
At the end of the tour we will return to the City of Cusco, arriving in Cusco at 7:00 p.m. approximately.
