South Valley, where we will see unconventional archaeological centers, such as Andahuaylillas, Tipon and Pikillaqta.
The main point of this circuit is the chapel of Andahuaylillas, which displays some beautiful colonial works of art, from its gold leaf altars to its paintings and murals.
Itinerary
We start picking you up from your hotel between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 am (hotel in the historical center of the city).
Our first stop will be the archaeological center of Tipon, the most important example of the hydraulic engineering of the Incas
We will continue our tour visiting the archaeological center of Pikillaqta, a sample of a great civilization such as the Wari.
Finally, to close with a flourish we will visit the temple of Andahuaylillas, where we can see its beautiful baroque style paintings and adorned with gold leaf.
On our way back to the historical center we will pass by Saylla where we will be able to taste the maginificent flavors of chicharron, a typical dish based on pork. (optional)
We will finish with a transfer to your hotel.
