Description
Get out of the Cusco for the day and visit the impressive circular Inca terraces of Moray and walk through the many crystallized salt mines of Maras which are still in use today.
You will leave Cusco by bus at 7:00am, heading to Chinchero (Cruz pata) where you will stop and get your bikes and equipment. Then you will cycle for around 2 hours and arrive at Moray, the ancient Inka agriculture laboratory located in a rare topographical depression which the Inkas developed into unique circular terraces. You will learn how this entire area was also watered by a well-engineered irrigation system.
Then, get back on your bike and cycle to the Maras' colonial village salt mines, where you can see the process of salt recollection and the precious minerals from during the Inca era. Later your car will bring you back to Cusco at 5:00pm.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
