Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco and head to the Moray agricultural laboratory. On your journey, see the snow-capped peaks of the Andes, lush crop fields, and some quaint villages. Finally, get to see the fascinating display of terraces at Moray.

Explore the three amphitheater-type terraces made by the Incas. It was thought that these terraces carved deep into the earth in the shape of a circle were used to determine the optimal conditions for cultivation.

After exploring Moray, head to the salt mines of Maras. This town is known as an ancient center of salt production and is believed to date back to pre-Inca times. See more than 3,000 salt pits carved into the mountainside, which are filled daily by running water.
