Discover the incredible hidden stone forest in Cajamarca, one of the most impressive places 40 minutes from the city.
This magical archaeological sanctuary is located in Cajamarca 40 minutes from the city, are rocks carved by erosion, but what most impresses is the pre-Inca engineering work an aqueduct that still works today.
-We will start our excursion with the pick up from the hotel between 9:00 a.m., then we will travel to Cumbemayo.
-You can see the forest of large stone monoliths known as frailones, we will also visit the aqueduct of Cumbemayo that currently still flows water for its 9 kilometers.
-We will visit the Sanctuary and we will see some caves with engravings in the rock that are still an enigma.
-Return to the city arrival time 13:00 approximately.
