It is a strategic place to enjoy views impressive views of the Cordillera Blanca and the valley of Callejón de Huaylas.
Huaraz - Quebrada Llaca - Laguna Llaca Hike - return Huaraz
After the pick up at the hotel, we go in our mobility towards the Llaca ravine (by the route of the town called Marian). After 1.5 hours of travel, we begin the walk at the beginning of the Llaca Valley, parallel to the river that descends from the lagoon of the same name.
The road gradually ascends until we reach the end of the valley, in approximately 2 to 3 hours we will reach the Laguna Llaca (4470 m), with turquoise waters and located just below the Ocshapalca mountains (5888 m) and Ranrapalca (6162 m); after spending some time and taking many photographs, we will return to the Llaca refuge where our vehicle awaits us for the return to Huaraz.
