Description

Trujillo is not only the city of eternal spring, but also the core of the Moche culture. A millenary culture, which developed between the first and ninth centuries A.D. in northern Peru.
Itinerary

This excursion begins at 10:00 a.m., we will meet at the Plaza de Armas in Trujillo and head southeast to visit the Moche countryside.

During the tour, we will discover the way of life of the inhabitants of the Peruvian countryside. We will arrive at the Huacas de la Luna, where we will discover in detail the particularities of the Moche culture. We will observe polychrome murals and friezes in relief, you will fall in love with them!

The next stop will be in front of the Huaca Chica, in Moche Pueblo, where you can satisfy your appetite on your own in one of the nearby restaurants. With your batteries recharged, we will enjoy an equestrian show and the traditional Peruvian seafaring dance.

After the show, we will head to Chan Chan, the largest adobe construction in the Americas. It is a great citadel that extends over 20 square kilometers and was dedicated to the god of the sea.

After discovering this archaeological complex, we will move to the coast and at Huanchaco beach you will have an hour of free time to watch the sunset or stroll along the tourist pier.

Finally, we will return to Trujillo and finish the excursion at approximately 6:25 pm.
