Description
Enjoy an excursion and explore the important places inside the archaeological site of Chavin, such as its square plaza, circular plaza among others, we will discover how it was its great development.
-We will start our excursion with pick up from your hotel near the main square of Huaraz at 8:30 a.m.
-We will travel to the Monument, passing through picturesque villages such as Recuay, Ticapampa and Catac, crossing the majestic Cordillera Blanca and making a brief stop at the Querococha Lagoon.
-We will continue our tour passing through the Cahuish tunnel and the Callejón de Conchucos until we reach the city of Chavin.
-There we will explore the archaeological complex of Chavin, visiting its main sites such as the circular plaza, the castle, the labyrinths, the famous sandy area, among other fascinating sites.
-After the visit to the complex, we will go to the museum of Chavin, where we will delve into the development of the first high Andean culture of Peru.
-The return to the city of Huaraz is scheduled for approximately 19:00 p.m.
-On the way back, we will make a stop so you can enjoy lunch on your own. The average cost of lunch is more than 30 soles.
