ITINERARY:
We depart from the city of Huaraz through the south of the Callejón de Huailas passing through the villages of Recuay, Ticapampa, Catac. We will visit the Querococha Lagoon from where we will be able to appreciate the geological fault of the map of Peru. Then we will pass through the Cahuish Tunnel which is located at 4550 masl and descend through the Conchucos valley until we reach the town of Chavin.
The visit of the archaeological complex of Chavin de Huantar lasts approximately 2 hours and then we also visit the National Museum of Chavin, where the most important remains found in the Temple are exhibited.
