On this private trekking route through the Wilcacocha lagoon you will have the opportunity to see the rugged relief of the Andes in its maximum splendor.
We will pick you up at 9:00 a.m. at the agreed place in Huaraz to head towards Santa Cruz Bridge. The adventure begins!
Once there, we will do a two-hour trekking route through the Cordillera Negra. Along the way we can see eagles, falcons flying over the area or the famous reed plant. Did you know that rafts were made with the latter?
And when we arrive at the Wilcacocha lagoon we will have an extraordinary panoramic view of the entire Cordillera Blanca and its snow-capped peaks such as Huascarán, Copa, Vallunaraju or Churup. You can walk around the shore of this lake and breathe fresh air at 3745 meters of altitude. Take out your cameras and immortalize this place!
After a free hour for lunch in this Peruvian corner, we will begin the descent and get back in the car to Huaraz.
Arrival time is scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
