This hiking route is the best option if you want to explore the Cordillera Blanca, passing through high-altitude mountains and appreciating beautiful landscapes in a short time.
Day 1: Huaraz - Cashapampa - Llamacorral The first day's excursion can last 2 hours and 30 minutes, if you choose a means of transport; but if you want to go hiking it can last up to approximately 4 hours. The excursion begins with the passenger being picked up at their hotel in Huaraz and during the trip there will be some stops to take some photos and visit the town of Yungay after what happened in 1970. Around 10 am you will arrive at Cashapampa, where you can prepare for the first day of hiking, while the muleteers load your luggage onto the donkeys. On day 1 you will walk to the first campsite at Llamacorral, where you will arrive around 2:00 or 3:00 pm. Day 2: Llamacorral - Alpamayo Lookout - Taullipampa The second day begins with breakfast at the Llamacorral campsite, before heading off to the second camping area in Taullipampa, approximately 6 hours from the first campsite, where you will arrive around 3 or 4 pm. During this day you will have the opportunity to appreciate the best views of the Alpamayo and Quitaraju snow-capped mountains, as well as passing by two lagoons (Ichic Cocha and Jatun Cocha). Day 3: Taullipampa - Punta Unión - Huaripampa The tour for this day will last approximately 7 hours, for which we will leave Taullipampa towards Punta Unión, an area that will allow you to take the best photos of the valley. After taking a short break in this sector we will descend to the next campsite called Cachinapampa near the town of Huaripampa; arriving there at approximately 3:00 pm. Day 4: Huaripampa - Vaquería - Huaraz On the last day you will only walk for about 2 or 3 hours to the town of Vaquería. During the journey you will see the houses of the locals, children playing, some animals that cross the road and at approximately 11 in the morning you will board the transport to go to Huaraz. On the way you will make some stops to photograph the Llanganuco valley, with views of the snow-capped mountains and turquoise lagoons. Finally you will arrive in Huaraz, where you will spend the night.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
