We will sail on the Nanay River where we will visit the butterfly farm, we will also visit the Amazon River, here the serpentarium awaits us.
Full Day Rio Nanay – Momon – Amazonas
Pick up from the meeting point at 9:00 a.m.
We will sail by motor boat along the Nanay River, then we will pass through the Momón River.
Then we will continue with the visit to the indigenous community of the Boras, where we will appreciate their dances and you can also buy some handmade crafts.
We will continue to the Nanay River to visit the butterfly farm, here we will learn about the different stages you go through to become an adult butterfly.
Also in the Amazon River we will visit the serpentarium, here we will meet the famous anacondas, sloth bears, monkeys and macaws.
Finally, we will visit the Pedrito farm, where we will learn about fish such as paiches, lizards, and piranhas, as well as learning about the largest aquatic plants in the world, the royal victorias.
Finally, to say goodbye to this tour, we will observe the dolphins swimming at the mouth of the Nanay and Amazonas rivers.
Return to Iquitos, arrival time approximately 5:30 p.m.
