Your culinary journey begins at SkyKitchen, located on a beautiful rooftop terrace. Over the next three hours, you'll learn to prepare four authentic Peruvian dishes using fresh, local ingredients. Your instructor will provide fascinating background information on each dish, enhancing your understanding of Peru's rich culinary heritage.
We start preparing a Pisco Sour Cocktail. As you cook, enjoy the camaraderie of your small group, ensuring a personalized experience. Once a dish is ready, enjoy eating it with your fellow participants and chat with the instructor who sets up the ingredients for the following dish. The class includes unlimited water throughout the class and homemade fruit drink served with the food.
By the end of the experience, you'll have not only enjoyed a delicious meal but also gained valuable cooking skills and insights into Peruvian cuisine. The experience concludes at the same location, leaving you free to explore more of Lima's vibrant Miraflores district.

If you have and kind of food restrictions please let us know after booking, We can accomodate the most common restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, lactose, gluten) if we know ahead of time.
Note that we are in the private home of the SkyKitchen founders, a residential building and cannot put a ‘SkyKitchen’ sign at the entrance.
Ring the bell for the doorman (portero) and say ‘SkyKitchen’. He will let you in and call us to let us know you’re there. Take the elevator to the 7th floor, turn right, and ring at first door on the right n° 701.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
