It is said that the construction of Sacsayhuaman took more than 50 years and more than 20,000 men were used in the construction. Later we will continue our tour and head to the ruins of Q'enqo, cold caves carved by the Incas where you can see a small altar where it is believed the Incas mummified their dead. Then we will visit the ruins of Tambomachay, a beautiful place where water emerges from a hill to some fountains built by the Incas, it is said that the Inca emperor came here to take his baths and to perform religious cults to the water.
