Chachapoyas: Revash Mausoleums and Leymebamba Museum.

Chachapoyas, a city in northern Peru, is a destination full of history and natural beauty. Known for its archaeological legacy and breathtaking landscapes, it is the ideal starting point to explore the fascinating Amazon region. This excursion combines history and nature, taking you to discover ancient burial structures and the Mallqui Center Museum in Leimebamba, where archaeological artifacts and mummies are on display. An exciting journey that reveals the rich culture of the region.


Itinerary:
- Our excursion will start with the pick up from the hotel near the main square of Chachapoyas at 7:00 am.
- We will continue our route to San Bartolo, where we begin our hike to the Revash Mausoleums. There we will observe rectangular buildings and funeral houses, among others.
- Then we will go to Leimebamba to enjoy a delicious lunch.
- Afterwards, we will go to the Mallqui Center Museum to discover valuable objects, mummies and a collection of quipus, which were recovered from the mausoleums of the Lake of the Condors.
-Return to Chachapoyas at approximately 6:00 pm
