Tambopata Rainforest 4D | Sandoval Lake, Campfire, Hiking |

Get to know the Tambopata Reserve in this 4 day excursion, we will visit the Sandoval Lake, the Monkey Island and a Tapir Clay Lick...! We will have campfire nights with stories of the jungle.

Day 1: Introductory Walk - Alligators
- We will start this incredible excursion with the departure from our pick up point at 9:30 am.
- We will travel by boat on the Madre de Dios River to our lodging, upon arrival we will have lunch and begin the adventure with a walk through the jungle, we will learn about medicinal plants, we will meet the giants of the jungle, the ancient trees, if we are lucky we will see some monkeys, birds, insects and others.
- In the evening we will search for caimans that go out to hunt animals such as capybaras or picuro.
- Then we will have dinner at 7:30 p.m., overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Sandoval Lake - Fishing - Night Hike
- We will start the day with a good breakfast very early in the morning, this day we will visit the Sandoval Lake, a beautiful lake with a biodiversity of flora and fauna. If we are lucky we will be able to see some river otters, turtles, monkeys, etc.
- Afterwards, lunch awaits us.
- In the afternoon we will do sport fishing, usually catching piranhas, paco, gamitana, catfish and other fish.
- We will have a night walk, we will see grasshoppers, some reptiles, snakes, lizards and you can hear all kinds of symphonic noises of the mother jungle.
- On the way back a delicious dinner awaits us, we will have a bonfire and it is optional to attend.

Day 3: Tapir Trail - Monkey Island Trek
- We will start the day with a good breakfast very early, this day we will visit the mammal clay lick, here we will observe the Tapir eating these minerals, we will also have the opportunity to see some rodents of the jungle.
- We will return for lunch and after a short rest we will leave to navigate the river until we arrive to the Monkey Island, here we will interact with some of the monkeys.
- In the evening we will have a delicious dinner and then we can participate in the bonfire to talk about stories of the jungle.
- Overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Kayak - Return to the city
- We will start the day with a good breakfast and then we will do the kayaking activity on the Madre de Dios River, always with the guidance of an instructor guide.
- On the banks we will be able to observe some beautiful butterflies, turtles resting and other animals.
- We will return to have lunch and get our belongings ready.
- Return to the city.

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
