Excursion 2 days/1 nights in the jungle: Tambopata Excursion 2 days/1 nights in the jungle

We will explore the Tambopata jungle, we will see wildlife day and night, it will be a great experience, you will have the opportunity to photograph the species in their wild life.
DAY 1
- Reception at the bus terminal or airport in Puerto Maldonado, we will transfer you to the hostel where you will have a welcome drink with regional fruits, and then settle into our spacious bungalows; Then we will begin an introductory walk through the vegetation and look for insects and wild animals on our trail.

We will also do adventure activities such as zip line and canopy walk, a great experience in the heights at tree level.

After lunch we will sail along the Tambopata River where we will see a great sunset and at dusk we will go down with the engine off in search of caimans and capybaras known as the largest rodents in the world and some other species in their wild habitat.

DAY 2
We will get up very early, we will navigate the Tambopata and Madre de Dios until we reach the entrance of the Tambopata Reserve, we will walk approximately 3 km, we will have the opportunity to see many birds, monkeys, insects and ancient trees. that this reserve preserves along the way.

Upon arriving at Lake Sandoval, we will begin our adventure in a rustic boat, we will row in this lake, this lake has an area of more than 3 km, we will be able to observe a lot of wildlife such as herons, monkeys, parrots and macaws, black caimans, piranhas and the river otter, giant specimens measuring just over two meters, which are in danger of extinction.

In the afternoon we will return to our lodge for our lunch and then return to the city, airport or land terminal of Puerto Maldonado.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
