Discover the flavours and ingredients of authentic Peruvian cuisine by joining a cooking class led by a professional chef in the city of Cusco.
The San Pedro market is the oldest market in Cusco, with 1180 shops selling meats, vegetables, fruits, utensils, breads, sweets, breakfast and lunches, as well as a variety of handicrafts. It is located in the historic centre area in front of Plazoleta San Pedro and Calle Santa Clara; and over the years it has gone from being a food market to a tourist market.
Itinerary:
• We start with pickup at your hotel, inside or near the historic center.
• We move to our facilities for the corresponding preparation instructions.
• Afterwards we will go to the San Pedro market to buy all the ingredients we will need to prepare the dishes.
• Our visit will be fully guided and the tour will be profitable.
• We return to the facilities and will begin with the preparation of the typical dishes of the region.
• Finishing preparing, we will taste the dishes in 4 courses:
*First course: Starter
*Second course: Main course
*Third course: Dessert
*Fourth time: Preparation of Pisco Sour or its variants
• At the end of classes we return you to your accommodation.
