-Our trip will start with the pick up from your hotel near the main square of Huaraz at 8:30 am.

-From there, we will head north through the picturesque district of Marcará.

-We will enter the impressive Huascaran National Park, where we will begin our hike ascending the Paqcharuri ravine until we reach the Rocutuyocq Lagoon, located at an altitude of 4,550 meters above sea level.

-We will continue our hike to reach the glacier tongue or frozen lagoon, where we will witness spectacular views of peaks such as Paccharaju, Bayoraju, Akillpo and other imposing mountain landscapes.

-Then we will observe the Paqcharuri waterfall and we will also have the opportunity to appreciate cave paintings that connect us with the ancestral history of the region.

-We will make a strategic stop in the charming village of Marcará, where you will have free time to enjoy lunch on your own (The average cost of lunch is approximately 30 soles).

-Finally, we will return to the city of Huaraz, with an estimated arrival time of around 5:30 p.m.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
