Come and explore the amazing ruins of the Atavillos Citadel, an ancient pre-Inca culture, on this exciting trekking route through Rupac!
Day 1 of our tour
We will start by picking you up from location in Lima and head towards the beautiful province of Huaral.
Our next stop will be Florida, where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery while we purchase tickets to the stunning citadel of Rupac.
After a tasty lunch, we will depart from the village of Pampas and embark on a three-hour trek to Rupac, where you will be amazed by the breathtaking mountain views. We'll cross waterfalls, pastures, and small streams until we reach the camping area where we can admire a beautiful sunset over Rupac.
Later, we'll rest by the fire and enjoy the starry sky.

On Day 2, we'll wake up to witness a stunning sunrise in Rupac and have a comforting breakfast.
We are so excited to explore the citadel and delve into the fascinating history of the Atavillos, the pre-Inca culture responsible for constructing the magnificent buildings atop the mountain. Not only that, but we will also gain insight into their intriguing rituals and traditions.
After our visit to Rupac, we will head back to Pampas for a delicious lunch before departing for Lima.
You will be dropped off at the pick-up point at approximately 7:00 pm.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
