· The ticket for the canal cruise is an open ticket. This means that no timeslot is allocated and you can board the next available boat at one of the two docks at either Hard Rock Cafe or Heineken Experience.
• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
• This is a non-refundable booking
• The timeslot you book is the timeslot for Rijksmuseum. You can use your voucher for the City Canal Cruise daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Last City Canal Cruise from Heineken Experience departs at 5:15 PM
• Last City Canal Cruise from Hard Rock Cafe departs at 6:00 PM

The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an open ticket with no time slot allocated, so you can board the next available boat at one of the 2 docks:
• The first dock is at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 1, 2, 5,11 and 12 stop at Leidseplein. From there, the dock is a 2-minute walk.
• The second dock is at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite the Heineken Experience. Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. From there the dock is a 5-minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there, the dock is only a 2-minute walk.
Please note that that cruise company is closed on the following dates:
•27th April: Kingsday
•5th August: Pride & Queer Canal Parade
•25th December: Christmas
•31st December; no cruises after 4:00PM
•1st January; until noon
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
