• The Canal Cruise time-slot must be reserved upon arrival in Amsterdam (instructions found on voucher)

All participants who are over 12 years old must present either proof of full vaccination or a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before the activity starts
All participants must also bring a valid form of ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, identity card, student card, etc)
• Enter the Icebar with your (smartphone) ticket. Please note that it is only possible to access the attraction at your chosen time-slot.
• Canal Cruise: Please note that the Canal Cruise can only be accessed with a pre-booked time-slot. In order to pre-book a specific time-slot, please show your (smartphone) ticket for the 1 hr Canal Cruise at the office located at Damrak 26, Amsterdam.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
