Start the tour choosing your MTB or classic bike and head to Restaurante Mi Ranchito (since 1991) for a delicious fish ceviche or empanadas, don’t forget to read a little bit of history along the way to learn how Causeway Amador was made.
Continue discovering the island until Isla Flamenco or come back to Moses Bike Rentals, where you will get a cold and refreshing coconut water. Then walk to Restaurante Pencas just next to Moses Bike Rentals and enjoy a typical main dish like shrimps in garlic sauce with coconut rice or green plantains, or chicken pasta or beef burger.
