Embark on an 18-day safari adventure in Uganda. Visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, go gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, and see the stunning Murchison Falls.
Day 1:Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll meet your English-speaking tour guide for a warm welcome to Uganda. Transfer to Jinja, enjoying sights like the Namawojolo market and Mabira Forest. Check in at your accommodation and relax.
Day 2: Choose from exciting activities in Jinja, such as white-water rafting, tubing, or quad biking (additional fees apply). Afterward, transfer to the Sipi Falls area, check in, and enjoy a leisurely evening.
Day 3:After breakfast, hike to the stunning Sipi Falls, followed by a coffee tour to learn about coffee production. Unwind at your accommodation with views of the falls.
Day 4: Travel to Moroto, arriving around midday. After lunch, visit the Tepeth people, gaining insights into their traditional hunter-gatherer lifestyle.
Day 5: Depart early for Kidepo Valley National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Narus Valley, spotting wildlife such as elephants and lions. Return for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Go on a sunrise game drive, then visit the Karamojong community in the afternoon to learn about their culture. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.
Day 7: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy views of the falls and wildlife, with possible stops at Aruu Falls and Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino viewing.
Day 8: Early morning game drive followed by lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, with opportunities to spot hippos and crocodiles.
Day 9: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, enjoying scenic views along the way. Check in and relax; optional crater lakes excursion available.
Day 10: Visit Bigodi Wetlands for wildlife and birdwatching, or opt for chimpanzee tracking (advance permits required). Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP for a game drive.
Day 11: Morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains, followed by lunch and rest. Afternoon boat safari on Kazinga Channel to view wildlife along the water.
Day 12: Visit Ishasha for a chance to see tree-climbing lions before transferring to Bwindi. Relax or join a late afternoon cultural experience (additional cost).
Day 13:After breakfast, head to the rangers' post for a briefing before trekking to see gorillas. Spend an hour with these majestic creatures and return to your accommodation to rest.
Day 14: Depart for Lake Mburo NP. Check in and enjoy a late afternoon game drive to see wildlife up close.
Day 15: Morning game drive to spot wildlife, followed by a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Mburo.
Day 16:Visit the Igongo Cultural Center and Kayabwe Equator Crossing before driving back to Kampala.
Day 17:Explore Kampala, visiting the Kasubi Tombs, Namirembe Cathedral, and Owino Market, and enjoy local cuisine.
Day 18: Enjoy Entebbe’s charming atmosphere, local markets, and cuisine before your departure flight.
