Sculpting characters, creatures, and environments is at the core of what Wētā Workshop has achieved over the past three decades. Over the years, we've used all sorts of materials to create cool stuff for Directors and studios across the world. At our 'Intro to Sculpting' workshop, you'll be able to create your own movie magic right here in Wellington.
The sculpting room is where many of our creations come to life for the first time. Roll up your sleeves for an introduction to the magic of sculpture and begin to create a fantastical 3D character. No experience or tools are necessary. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
